Are you Australian Owned and Operated?

Yes, we are 100% Australian Owned and Operated.  Our business is based out of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and was established as a company in 2013.

We passionately believe in supporting other Australian businesses, so when you purchase from Bayside Luxe, you will, in turn, support over 45 other Australian businesses.  Now that is something to celebrate!

Do you have to spend a minimum amount to achieve the free standard shipping?

No, we like to differentiate ourselves in the market by offering supreme quality products with no nasty surprises at checkout - ever! We offer free standard shipping right across Australia.

Can you mount your floating house numbers flush to the surface?

Yes, our 12.5 and 15cm floating house numbers can be mounted sitting off the wall surface (float mount) or flush to the surface.  We include all of the fixings and spacers required for either mounting position so that when your house numbers arrive, you can choose if you wish to float or flush mount your house numbers.

Where do you ship your handles from?

All of our handles are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse or our Melbourne bayside office.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not currently have a showroom as our customers are located right across Australia and New Zealand.  However, if you do need to see the product in person we may be able to arrange an in-person consultation.  Please contact our team at baysideluxe.com@gmail.com to discuss your requirements.

Are your handles made from solid brass?

Yes - all of our brass handles are made from solid brass so they are a beautiful heavy weight product of the highest quality.

Do your brass handles patina over time?

All of our brass handles have been heat-treated and double coated with premium lacquer to ensure their longevity.  Therefore, our brass handles will not patina overtime in the same way that untreated brass will.

Can I call Bayside Luxe to speak to a real person about my requirements?

Yes, we love chatting to our customers about their home renovation or build requirements and how we may be able to assist them.  Our phone line can be very busy at times, so if we do not answer your call immediately, please leave a message and we will call you right back as soon as we are available.

How do I apply for a Trade Program?

You can apply for our Bayside Luxe Trade Program via the application form on our website, or by sending an email to hello@baysideluxe.com

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we understand that sometimes it is easier to place an order over the phone rather than online, so please do not hesitate to contact us on 1300 899 246 with your order details.

How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?

As you may have seen in our reviews, we always try hard to ship our customer orders as soon as possible.  Many orders will be shipped within a couple of business days of ordering. 

However, it may take up to 10-12 business days to fulfil an order particularly during peak periods or if there have been many large successive orders received by our team.  We recommend that you select "Express Post" for faster shipping times after an order has been processed and fulfilled.

What courier service do you use for your shipping?

In most instances we use Australia Post for our courier services.  For larger products that are not accepted by Australia Post, we will use Star Track and other Express Courier Services.
